Is there a free trial?
Early-access members get their first 3 months free on whichever plan they choose, with no credit card required to join the waitlist. After that, plans are billed monthly in CAD and you can cancel at any time.
What counts as a file?
A file is one document request sent to one client (or co-borrowers on the same application). Every plan includes unlimited files, so you never pay more for being busy.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Early-access members pick a plan when their 3 free months end, and can switch to another by writing to us. There's no card to give us until then.
